By downloading, installing, or using the HabitTracker mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Important: You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to use the App.

2. Description of Service

HabitTracker is a personal productivity application that helps users track daily habits, set goals, and monitor progress over time. The App includes both free and premium features available through in-app purchases.

2.1 Free Features

• Track up to 3 habits
• Basic habit completion tracking
• Simple progress statistics
• Local notifications and reminders

2.2 Premium Features

• Unlimited habits
• Advanced analytics and insights
• Enhanced progress sharing
• Priority customer support

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

3.1 Account Creation

• No user account is required for basic app functionality
• Premium features require an active subscription through the Apple App Store
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and Apple ID

3.2 Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years of age
• You must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
• You must not use the App for any unlawful or prohibited activities

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Uses

• Track personal habits and goals
• Set reminders and notifications
• Share progress with others (optional)
• Use the App for personal productivity improvement

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
• Share your Apple ID or subscription access with others

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Premium Subscription

• Premium features are available through auto-renewing subscriptions
• Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store
• Pricing and billing periods are displayed before purchase

5.2 Payment Terms

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You can cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy
• No refunds for partially used subscription periods

5.4 Price Changes

• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice
• Price changes will not affect existing subscribers until their next renewal period

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 App Ownership

• The App and all related content are owned by Naresh Alakuntla
• The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
• These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App

6.2 User Content

• You retain ownership of all habit data and content you create
• You grant us a limited license to store and process your data to provide the service
• We do not claim ownership of your personal habit tracking information

6.3 Trademarks

• "HabitTracker" and related logos are trademarks of Naresh Alakuntla
• You may not use our trademarks without written permission

7. Privacy and Data Protection

• We collect and process information as described in our Privacy Policy
• All habit data is stored locally on your device
• We use third-party services for subscription management and analytics

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 Service Availability

• The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or updates

8.2 Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid for premium features
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations, so this may not apply to you

8.3 Health and Wellness Disclaimer

• The App is for informational and motivational purposes only
• It is not intended as medical advice or treatment
• Consult healthcare professionals for medical advice

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

• You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device
• Subscription cancellations must be done through Apple App Store settings

9.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Compromise the security or functionality of the App

9.3 Effect of Termination

• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately
• Data stored locally on your device will remain until you delete the App
• Subscription benefits will continue until the end of the paid period

10. Updates and Changes

10.1 App Updates

• We may release updates to improve functionality and security
• Updates may be required to continue using the App
• We are not obligated to provide updates indefinitely

10.2 Terms Changes

• We may modify these Terms with 30 days' notice
• Notice will be provided through the App or email (if available)
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

• Premium subscribers receive priority support
• We aim to respond within 48 hours during business days
